No — genomic testing is fully provided and included in every Helix Health Co. program. We handle everything from testing through interpretation. You simply arrive ready to learn what your body has been trying to tell you.
Is this medical treatment or diagnosis?
No. This is preventative wellness and nutritional optimization — not medical care. As a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist, the work here is focused on lifestyle, nutrition, and proactive wellbeing. We work comfortably alongside your existing healthcare team.
How does the Family program work for children?
Each child's genomic profile is reviewed individually. Parents receive a dedicated consult to understand what it means for their child's health and development. Children also receive their own 30-minute session — positive, age-appropriate, and designed to make them genuinely curious and excited about their own biology. The Family Legacy program includes 2 adults and 2 children. Additional children can be added for $1,000 each.

How does the virtual program work?
You'll receive access to a curated library of short video modules — 10 to 15 minutes each — covering the educational layer of your program: your genomics, eating for your gene type, movement, sleep, stress, and detox optimization. Entirely self-paced, accessible anywhere, on any device. The virtual program is available to adults 18+ across all programs.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. All programs are split into two payments — 50% at the time of purchase to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% before your first visit. Please also note that genomic data typically takes approximately 8 weeks to process and return. We'll walk you through the timeline when you reach out so you know exactly what to expect.
